Bonjour,
Je ne peux plus redémarrer mon fairphone 4, je n’arrive pas à savoir si c’est un simple problème de bouton ou de logiciel mère.
En tentant de le verrouiller après avoir fini de m’en servir j’ai remarqué que cela déclenchait systématiquement la caméra et que je ne pouvais pas le redémarrer.
J’ai donc redémarré mon téléphone (par la commande adéquate, accessible en tirant le menu supérieur avec toutes les commandes rapides bluetooth, wifi, NFC, etc.)
Malheureusement il ne parvient pas à dépasser le stade de l’écran noir avec fairphone écrit en vert puis il s’éteint et se rallume en vibrant sur le même écran et cela en boucle.
Est-ce déjà arrivé à quelqu’un ?

I cannot start my Fairphone 4 anymore and cannot figure wether it’s a software or pieces problem.
Indeed, last time I used it when I tried to lock it it went straight to the camera over and over again. As I could not lock it, I tried to restart it (using the command available in the top menu under the shortcuts for NFC, wifi, etc.)
Unfortunately it went as far as the black screen with « fairphone » written in green then turned off then back to this screen with a vibration and so over and over again.
Has anyone encountered the same issue ? If so, any recommandation ?
